How do you use it?
1. Print it out
2. On each day, determine if you ate healthy foods. This is a self-evaluation, so it's up to you. Did you eat fast food for both lunch and dinner? That's obviously not healthy, so cross it out. What about if you ate healthy food, followed by a small bag of chips? Some people consider that healthy enough, others don't. Just set your own standards, and follow them.
3. At the end of the month, write down what you did well. For example, you could write down that you started eating fresh vegetables with every meal.
4. Additionally, write down what you need to work on. Nobody's perfect, right? So there's always something you can improve on.
5. Optionally, you can share this with your family and friends. Help each other eat healthy food.
